This policy and procedures are based on the following.

+ All children (pupils) irrespective of their age, culture, gender, disability, language, racial origin, socio-economic status, socio-cultural status, religion, belief, background have the right to protection from abuse and harm.

+ It is everyone’s responsibility to report any concern about abuse in order that prompt action is taken if required.

+ All incidents of alleged bad practice, misconduct and abuse will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately.

General Admission Policy

Admission must be in line with the constituted educational guidelines of the state.

Pupil shall be assessed before enrolment into the School

Admission/assessment form shall be obtained before evaluation take place.

The sum of N3,500 shall be paid for admission and assessment form.

Admission takes place at the beginning of an academic session and at the beginning of the second term.

On admission into the School, parents shall pay an acceptance fee of N5,000 for each child admitted.

The school operates, Early Childhood Developmental Education, Nursery and Primary sessions.

The school operates Day and Boarding School System (boarding mostly for pupils with disabilities).

The school guarantees an excellent standard of education and provides safe and enabling environment for all learners.

There shall be no discrimination against race, culture, religion and economic standing but the school rules and regulations must be obeyed irrespective of religion, sex, race and culture.

Before a child is admitted into the school, parent(s)/guardian(s) must

Purchase an admission form which must be completed in full and accompanied with;

A photocopy of an official birth certificate of the child

2 recent passport photograph of the child.

1 recent passport photograph of both parent(s)/guardian(s)

Medical Report of the child from a reputable government hospital.

Write entrance examination except for the Pre-Nursery and Children with Special Needs (CSN) classes.

Payment of all fees (PTA, School fees, Uniforms, textbooks and other fees)

Parent/guardian(s) to ensure their child/ward attends school regularly and when otherwise should inform the school as stated in Section 7.0.0 of this policy

The school will not admit a child into any class that has gotten the required number of pupils (minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 per class).

Parent/guardian(s) are encouraged to participate in their childrens learning progress as stated in Section 11.0.0 of this Policy.
